If you think your shoulders need to bulk up, then do this circuit exercise routine every day. All you need is ten minutes of your time and you are going to shape your shoulders in no time. The routine involves five exercises. You need only one set to do the whole things.

You do not need any special equipment to do this routine. No barbell no dumbbell. The only thing that you are going to use is your body weight. Ten minutes each day will do the trick. It cannot get any simpler than that.

All you need to do is to perform all of the five exercises below in circuit mode. Try to do as many repetitions as you can for each exercise in 60 seconds. Since you are going to go at it at full speed, you might find yourself gasping for air in the middle of it. Stop for a few seconds and breathe. Then you resume once again until your time is up. Get a 1 minute rest after each exercise.

The five exercises in this routine are pull-ups, pike push-ups, the inverted row, push-ups, and side planking. Do as many repetitions you can in one minute then move to the next.
