Apple announced today that as of Friday, March 24, 2017 the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be available in a sleek, eye-catching red color with a stainless steel Apple logo, but this isn’t just for aesthetics.
The phone will be available in 128GB and 256GB and can be ordered either online or in stores at a cost of $749. It’s a pretty steep price to be sure, but the good news is that it’s for an honorable cause.
As per the picture below, Apple took to their website to formally make a statement about the special edition product:
If this special edition product is simply too outside of your budget, don’t feel like you still can’t contribute. Apple has released numerous (PRODUCT) RED items in the past that are still available for purchase ranging from the iPod nano to smart covers and cases.
